KGS high frequency vibrating dewatering screen is mainly used for fine particle dewatering and classification, coal slime or tail ore recovery.
The screening system employs either a base-mounted or flanged vibrator, driven by an external motor to rotate synchronously in opposite directions (or alternatively using dual motors for self-synchronization). This mechanism enables the screen body to perform periodic reciprocating linear motion, achieving effective classification, dewatering, and sludge removal. The frame is constructed with high-strength riveted joints, while the screen surface features a unique combination of curved and straight segments, ensuring robust structural durability.
