Wet and sticky fine-grained mineral raw materials have strong cohesiveness, poor fluidity, and are difficult to disperse, posing significant screening challenges. The variable-frequency multi-stage screen emphasizes variable-frequency vibration, enabling wet and sticky fine materials to move quickly on the screen with small jump heights, progressing through the screen holes with higher penetration probability, thereby achieving higher screening efficiency and ultra-large processing capacity.
