KZG series motor vibration coal feeder is widely used in the coal industry, to deliver raw materials and pulverized coal from the storage bin to the receiving equipment uniformly or quantitatively. The feeding process of this series of motorized coal feeders utilizes a specially designed vibration motor or two electric motors to drive the exciter, which drives the feeding trough to perform periodic linear reciprocating vibrations along the inclined direction. When the vertical component of acceleration in the vibration exceeds gravitational acceleration, the coal in the trough is instantly lifted and falls.
