The String of piano of relaxation is a latest technological achievements that combines both screening principles (string screen and relaxation sieve), is specifically designed for processing bulk, wet, viscous fine materials such as ores, slag, raw coal, lignite, coal slurry, and coke. Particularly in handling materials prone to clogging screens, this innovative screen achieves exceptional screening efficiency with minimal screen area while ensuring continuous operation without clogged perforations.
The screening machine utilizes an exciter to provide vibratory force to the screen body, enabling both linear and circular motions. The string screen is typically installed at the upper layer or feed end, which can be combined with tensioned screens or used independently for efficient screening. The polyurethane sieve plates of the tensioned string screen are mounted on fixed crossbeams and floating frames. The alternating movement between the screen body's crossbeams and floating frames causes the screen plates to tighten and relax —— creating a breathing effect in the screen holes. This generates tensile acceleration up to 50 G on the screen mesh, forcing wet viscous materials to rapidly stratify and achieve efficient permeation.
The screen with tensioned polyester mesh features high perforation density, lightweight construction, easy installation, and wear-resistant characteristics. It also has the high acceleration of tensioned polyurethane mesh, making it particularly suitable for screening fine-grained, highly viscous materials. With large processing capacity and the ability to achieve multiple particle size classifications, this equipment stands out as a distinctive dry screening solution.
