The double-axisr circular vibrating screen is constructed from premium shipbuilding-grade steel plates laser-cut to form the frame. The crossbeam utilizes high-strength seamless square or rectangular tubes, with both end faces precision-milled. The support shims on the crossbeam are riveted, ensuring complete surface weld-free construction. This design effectively eliminates welding stress caused by conventional methods, thereby preventing beam cracking issues.
The sieve mesh of the double axis circular vibrating screen adopts a simple and practical continuous tension structure, which completes the tension process by hooking and pulling. The screen is spliced in small pieces, and the weight of a single piece is not more than 20KG. One person can easily realize the quick installation and replacement of the screen, which not only reduces the labor intensity, but also guarantees the valuable time of production.
The spring of the double axis round vibrating screen adopts high quality spiral metal spring, which has a large compression ratio and good vibration damping effect. Rubber damping pads are installed at both ends of the spring. During the operation of the screening machine, there will be no metal friction and collision between the spring and the base, and the on-site noise is further reduced.
