KZXS series linear vibrating screen is widely applied in coal, metallurgy, mining, electric power, building materials, light industry and other industries for dry and wet classification or dehydration, mud removal, separation of medium and fine particle materials.
The equipment features advanced technical parameters, with a frequency of 16Hz, high vibration intensity, superior screening efficiency, and large processing capacity. The vibrator is mounted on the side plate for uniform force distribution, featuring a rational structure, less weight design, and long service life. The eccentric vibration block allows adjustable amplitude control. The screening machine adopts a modular design with highly interchangeable components, ensuring easy installation and maintenance. Metal springs ensure stable operation beyond resonance zones while maintaining low noise levels. Powered by dual or single motors connected via flexible shafts using linear synchronization principles, the system delivers reliable performance.
